Hi, and welcome to our website. I am excited to be Dr. Mayes' Business Manager. The most important aspect of my job revolves around Customer Care; a true passion of mine. Although you may not always see me in the front office, I advocate for you behind the scenes by working with your insurance company to help maximize your benefits, as well as manage patient accounts to help keep dentistry within your budget.

I have also inherited the “Information Technology” title in the office so you may see running between computers to help keep things operating smoothly. We welcome you to our dental family, and invite you to let us know how we can help you.

I am Dr. Mayes' Scheduling Coordinator; so I am generally the voice on the phone when you call and the first person who greets you when you arrive. My primary roll in your dental care is to work with you and your calendar so your dental appointment flows into your busy schedule. I recognize your time is valuable and work hard to create a smooth, stress free, efficient use of your time.

Some people think a beautiful, healthy smile is unaffordable. I believe, however, your health is an important investment and should be obtainable. Therefore, after researching your insurance to help you understand how your benefits help you, I will utilize our financial options to help you stay within your budget.
